Ordering and payments

All ordering is processed online at www.nutritionkitchenuae.com. Customers are billed directly on the website and CPJ International Ltd will be the name of the company that appears on the payment records (bank statements).

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all Emirates except Fujeirah. You can contact us on +971 52 732 5544 to confirm that we deliver to your area. 

Opening Hours

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Any emails/enquiries outside these hours will receive a response within the next business day. We will try our best to respond to any urgent enquiries.

We are closed on public holidays. No delivery will be made during these times.

Delivery

All our meals are delivered inside a thermal bag. We’ll charge a refundable deposit per order to cover the cost of these bags, which will be refunded upon successful return of all bags after you’ve received all of your meals.

Meals are delivered on a daily basis Monday-Friday. You’ll have the opportunity to choose between multiple delivery windows, determined by your location (but broadly before or after 8am).

When placing your order, you’ll choose the first day you want to receive meals. As long as you order before our 12pm cut-off, you’ll be able to receive your first meals in 3 days time.

By default, we will deliver food for a minimum of 5 consecutive workdays up to a maximum of 20 consecutive workdays. However, you may choose not to receive meals on any given day. Simply remove the meals from the chosen day before placing your order.

You may also choose to only have one meal on certain days. For each day you only have one meal, we will charge a small daily delivery fee of 5 AED to help cover our logistics costs.

When using our services to order food delivery, you are receiving the services of a self-employed (independent contractor) delivery driver/ runner.

No deliveries during public holidays.

Change and cancellation policy

We will try to accommodate any change or cancellation requests, however this will be at our discretion. Refunds will be transferred back to the PayPal account or credit card that was used to place the order. There will be AED 50 admin fee for any cancellations.

  2. If you need to receive the food at certain time, please contact us to discuss before placing the order. We will try our best however we can’t guarantee specific delivery windows.
  3. We can deliver to different addresses within the week, but please let us know in advance by adding your request in the Notes section.
  4. You are able to customize which days you receive your order/ how many meals you receive each day by adjusting the number next to each meal. Note that you are only charged for the meals you've selected and the minimum order is 5 meals

Where does the food come from?

At Nutrition Kitchen, we have full control on our meals, ranging from sourcing, preparation and cooking. Our meals are prepared in a state of the art kitchen by chefs trained professionally in technique and hygiene.

Eco-friendly boxes

  1. Our meal boxes are made from sugar cane and 100% bio-degradable.
  2. Our bags are made from recycled paper and we encouraged our customers to re-use them whenever possible.

Can I modify the dish to accommodate my allergies and food preferences?

It is not possible to remove certain ingredients from our dishes, and unfortunately we won’t be able to accommodate allergic requirements or additional food preferences.

If you'd like to avoid a certain ingredient, you can remove the meal by selecting 0 next to the meal (the meal will not be charged or delivered). You can double up on another meal that day by selecting 2 next to the meal.

What kind of food do you offer?

As you can see by our menus we offer a wide range of cuisines from Western to Indian food. Our philosophy is that the key to sustaining a balanced macro nutrient diet is to keep it fun and exciting. Nobody wants to live off of chicken breast and steamed vegetables forever.

All our meals are ready to be consumed and we recommend reheating the food from 2 – 3 minutes or depending on your preference.

How do you calculate your macros?

Our macros are calculated using macro nutrients on raw ingredients in our customized macro calculator. Our macro data comes from nutritiondata.self.com.

How do I update my address?

Please log-in to your account and update delivery information in the “manage my account” page. The address inputted here will be the default delivery address for all subsequent orders

Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses during the same week?

How do I view my invoices?

You can view all of your previous payments in the “manage my account” page

How do I update my billing information?

Log-in to your account and click Edit Info. You can then click edit payment information, which will be processed through your Shopify account.

Modifying Orders

Change and cancellation policy

We will try to accommodate any change or cancellation requests, however this will be at our discretion. Refunds will be transferred back to the PayPal account or credit card that was used to place the order. There will be AED 50 admin fee for any cancellations.

72 hours prior notice required for any changes, or else refund will not be applicable. Changes should be requested by 12 noon 3 days in advance.

Subscription

What does a subscription mean?

Subscription means your plan automatically renews each Thursday at 7pm. You will be charged unless you pause, skip, or cancel before this time.

What subscription options do you offer?

We offer two subscription options: 1 Week and 4 Week. This refers to the billing frequency of your plan.

How do I access my subscription portal?

Can I skip deliveries if I'm away?

Yes, you can skip one week of deliveries at a time if you're away. Your subscription will automatically renew one week later. You must skip before 7pm on Thursday.

Can I pause my subscriptions?

Yes, you can pause your subscription indefinitely. No charges will occur until you decide to unpause. You must pause before 7pm on Thursday.

How can I cancel my subscription?

On a 1 week subscription, cancellation takes place immediately. On a 4 week subscription, any prepaid meals will be delivered before cancellation. You won't be charged again, but prepaid amounts are non-refundable.

How do I choose my meals each week?

For 1 week subscriptions, the meal selection of the first week is done through the initial order flow. The meal selection of subsequent weeks is done on the subscription portal.

For 4 week subscriptions, the meal selection of the first week is done through the initial order flow initially. The meal selection of subsequent week is done on the subscription portal.

Can I modify my subscription details?

On a 1 week subscription, you can change everything about your subscription each week, including meal size, quantity, range, and adding one-time snacks.

On a 4 week subscription, you can make these changes only on renewal weeks (every 4 weeks). Otherwise, you can modify specific meals, but not anything affecting the price (size, quantity, add-ons).

Can I switch between the 1 Week and 4 Week subscription options at any time?

No, to switch, you would need to cancel your current subscription and place a new order for the desired subscription.

Are there any penalties for skipping a week or pausing my subscription?

No, there are no penalties associated with skipping or pausing your subscription. Please remember to do so before 7pm on Thursday.

How will I know when my subscription is about to renew or when my delivery is scheduled?

You will receive two email reminders each week indicating upcoming renewals and scheduled deliveries. You can also check your account on our website at any time. 

Are there any incentives or discounts for long-term subscribers?

Subscribers enjoy our lowest meal prices. 

What happens if I forget to make changes before the Thursday 7pm deadline?

If no changes are made, we will use your default meal choices from your initial order.

Can I change my billing information, such as credit card details or billing address?

Yes, you can update your billing information at any time. Click My Account and make any changes you need to.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can update your shipping information at any time. Click My Account and make any changes you need to. Please make sure to do this before 7pm on Thursday.

If you need to make changes to your delivery address for next week’s meals after 7pm Thursday, please reach out to us via email at info@nutritionkitchenuae.com or WhatsApp at +971527325544 and we will try to accommodate your request.

Is there a limit to how many times I can pause or skip my subscription?

No, you can pause or skip as needed.

Can I gift a subscription to someone else? How does that work?

Yes, you can gift a subscription. Just click "Gift" and provide the recipient's delivery details.

Do you offer any promotions, referral rewards, or loyalty programs?

Subscribers access our lowest prices, and we occasionally share exclusive offers.

How can I apply a discount code?

To apply a discount code, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on "Manage Subscription."
  3. Add the discount code.
  4. Write the code in the designated field.
  5. Click on "Apply."
